I have been an active salesperson since 1977, subsequently acquiring a Brokers license. My career started selling for my Uncle, Sam Fortino, in the Paradise Pines Subdivision. Upon the death of my Uncle, I became the Corporate Broker. After closing our Paradise offices, I went to work for Fran Shelton and Associates and now currently with Coldwell Banker DuFour Realty. In addition to selling residential real estate, I handle land sales, commercial properties, leases, and mobile homes.
